Chengdu Unveils Vibrant TWG Promotion Activities for The World Games 2025

On 28 December, The World Games 2025 Chengdu Global Promotion and Launch Ceremony of Fun TWG Experiences for All Campaign was held in Chengdu.

 

 

The campaign adopted a "1+8" citywide collaboration format, with Xinglong Lake in Tianfu New Area serving as the main venue and eight sub-venues including Jiangtan Park in Hi-tech Zone, Tianfu Twin Towers in Jiazi business district, Danjingtai in East New Area, and Kuanzhai Alley in Qingyang District. The main venue presented an immersive roadshow of all 35 competition events of The World Games 2025 in the form of "song and dance + sports." The sub-venues attracted many citizens to participate in interactive experiences through roadshows of The World Games events such as archery + beach handball, martial arts + Muaythai, and stick tennis + weightlifting.

 

 

The World Games, organised by the International World Games Association, is a comprehensive sports event with a focus on non-Olympic sports. The philosophy of The World Games is to showcase and perform, emphasizing the experience of the sports atmosphere and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
