Floorball Qualification Events Unveiled for The World Games 2025

 

The breakdown of floorball qualification events for the 12th edition of The World Games in Chengdu, 2025 is as follows:

 

 

Women

 

 

Europe: Top 5 placed European teams at the IFF Women's World Championships 2023

 

Americas: Winner of TWG25 American Qualification event (Aug 2024)

 

Asia-oceania: Winner of WFC 2025 AOFC Qualifications (Jan/Feb 2025)

 

 

Men

 

 

Europe: Top 5 placed European teams at the IFF Men's World Championships 2024

 

Americas: Winner of WFC 2024 AMER Qualifications (Feb 2024)

 

Asia-oceania: Highest placed AOFC team at IFF Men's World Championships 2024

 

China receive direct qualification for both their women's & men's teams as the host country.

 

There will be both Men and Women competing in China as Floorball expands to male and female competition with 8 teams in each.

 

The first qualification event took place in Singapore at the 2023 Women's World Championships, where the top 5 European teams became the first to qualify to join China for 2025. Men's qualifications will start in 2024.
