Sports Vibes in Chengdu Keep Growing Strong to Welcome The World Games 2025

In late February, Wushu Taolu exhibition matches took place at Jianyang Cultural and Sports Centre Gymnasium, Chengdu along with DanceSport demonstrations and Flying Disc experiences, which drew nearly 400 citizens to the vibe of The World Games 2025 sports programme.

 

 

Wushu Taolu, a traditional Chinese sport boasting profound culture, caught the audience's eyes on site. Wushu practitioners showcased a harmonious blend of their athletic strength and elegant movements, which won rounds of applause.

 

 

DanceSport athletes showed the perfect combination of sport and art featuring grace and dynamism.

 

 

Citizens also experienced Flying Disc in a creative way.

 

 

Chengdu will be the host city for the 12th edition of The World Games, and Jianyang (a prefecture-level city of Chengdu) will hold the events of Ju-Jitsu, Sambo, Karate and Canoe Polo.
