Chengdu Hosts Archery and Tug of War Promotions for TWG 2025

On 10 November, Longquanyi District in Chengdu came alive with the vibrant promotion events for Archery and Tug of War, which offered residents an opportunity to immerse themselves in the excitement of the upcoming games.

 

 

At the bustling event sites, locals engaged in a variety of activities, some experienced the unique sports featured in The World Games (TWG) 2025, while others explored the games’ exhibitions. Under the guidance of the organisers, visitors even had the chance to compete in friendly matches, sparking a wave of enthusiasm for physical activity. The atmosphere was charged with energy, transforming the space into a miniature “TWG Arena” as more people joined in.

 

 

Notably, the Archery and Tug of War events of TWG 2025 will be hosted at Qinglong Lake Park and Dong’an Lake Sports Park Central Square in Longquanyi District, Chengdu. These venues will serve as the backdrop for intense competitions and memorable athletic performances.

 

 

The promotion events aimed to deepen residents’ understanding of the origins of TWG and the unique features of each competition venue.
