Travel with TWG Series and Sichuan Breakdance Open Shine in Leshan

On 1 December, the Travel with The World Games (TWG) series concluded its latest event in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, China, drawing approximately 20,000 citizens and tourists to participate in interactive activities.

 

 

At the iconic Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area included in the Mount Emei Scenic Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its natural and cultural significance, visitors enjoyed a diverse range of interactive activities to experience the fun of TWG sports like Gymnastics (Trampoline), Archery, Flying Disc, and American Football. TWG quizzes and Billiards Sports challenges further added to the excitement.

 

 

The event featured thrilling challenges in Chinese-style Billiards, attracting global stars to the stage. Renowned Chinese players such as Zhao Ruliang, Zhang Kunpeng, Zheng Yubo, and Chu Bingjie shared the spotlight with international legends like Gareth Potts, Darren Appleton, and Chris Melling. Fans had the unique opportunity to witness these icons up close, celebrating the captivating artistry of Billiards Sports.

 

 

On 30 November and 1 December, the Leshan Stop of the First Sichuan Province Breakdance Open Championship brought the stage to life. Competitors showcased their dynamic dance styles and technical mastery, thrilling audiences with this exhilarating TWG discipline.

 

 

The Travel with TWG series continues to combine the love of sports with cultural celebration, bringing the spirit of TWG to more cities. With each stop, the initiative deepens the connection between communities and the universal values of athleticism and cultural exchange.
