Chengdu Unveils Themed Lottery for TWG 2025

A launch ceremony for The World Games (TWG) 2025-themed sports instant lottery was held in Chengdu on 16 January. This initiative aims to celebrate the upcoming TWG 2025 while raising awareness for public welfare and sportsmanship.

 

 

The TWG-themed instant lottery features two editions: “The World Games Are Coming, Good Luck Is On The Way” and “The World Games Journey, Continuous Good Fortune.”

 

The “The World Games Are Coming, Good Luck Is On The Way” ticket, valued at 20 yuan, is a set of five tickets. Each ticket features a TWG sport: Kickboxing, Air Sports (Drone Racing), Underwater Sports, Flying Disc, and Sport Climbing. These TWG elements are integrated with Chengdu’s landmarks and sports venues, highlighting the city’s identity as a global sports hub.

 

 

Meanwhile, the “The World Games Journey, Continuous Good Fortune” ticket, priced at 5 yuan, also comes in a set of five. The design incorporates the TWG 2025 Chengdu logo alongside bamboo weaving, a signature intangible cultural heritage item of Chengdu. The ticket’s color palette reflects the five colors of the event logo: red, green, yellow, black, and white.
