Geely Becomes Official Partner of TWG 2025 Chengdu

On 17 April, Geely Holding Group held a vehicle handover ceremony in Chengdu, officially becoming an official partner of The World Games (TWG) 2025 Chengdu. The Group, presented the keys to the first batch of event service vehicles to the Organising Committee, marking the full-scale launch of transportation services for the upcoming Games.

 

 

TWG 2025 will be the first time The World Games has been held on the Chinese mainland. Geely will deploy an intelligent new energy vehicle fleet featuring brands such as Geely Galaxy, Lynk & Co, and ZEEKR, providing services for key TWG 2025 events, including the torch relay and operational logistics.

 

In recent years, Geely has invested over 200 billion yuan in research and development, achieving breakthroughs in new energy technologies and intelligent driving systems. During the first quarter of 2024, the Group reported sales of 940,000 vehicles, with new energy models accounting for 49% of total sales. The company has invested in core projects such as new energy vehicle manufacturing and low-altitude economy initiatives.
