World Broadcaster Meeting of TWG 2025 Chengdu Held
On Friday 13 June, the World Broadcaster Meeting of The World Games (TWG) 2025 took place at the Main Media Centre, Chengdu, bringing together representatives from the International World Games Association (IWGA), the host broadcaster International Sports Broadcasting (ISB) and over 40 broadcasters across all continents—attending either online or on site—including China Media Group, the exclusive domestic multimedia rights holder for TWG 2025 Chengdu.

During the event, Guillaume Felli, Deputy CEO of the IWGA, delivered a video address, extending an invitation to global broadcasters to cover and broadcast TWG 2025.
“The new thing that we have is...we’re trying to get the new camera, especially cameras—underwater cameras—to cover the sports underwater. We try to provide new angles on the sports,” said Javier Hidalgo, an engineering and technical official from ISB.
The International Broadcast Centre (IBC) for TWG 2025 Chengdu is located at the Western Financial Innovation Centre in Chengdu Eastern New Area. With a functional area of approximately 4,300 square metres, it will provide professional support to the host broadcaster and rights-holders. The IBC will integrate live television signals from all competition venues and the opening and closing ceremony venues. It will manage signal distribution globally, production, and secondary editing. The centre includes areas dedicated to central control and dispatching, content acquisition, network and transmission, integrated media production, voice-over and commentary, and studio operations.
