A dress rehearsal for the Opening Ceremony of The World Games 2025 Chengdu took place on Sunday evening, 3 August, at the Tianfu International Convention Centre, Sichuan Tianfu New Area.

As night fell over the city, preparations unfolded in front of the 430-metre-long Tianfu Roof, the venue for the Opening Ceremony on Thursday 7 August, which is estimated to run for 90 minutes with 15-min cultural performances.
