TWG Village in Chengdu Officially Opens

On Sunday 3 August, The World Games (TWG) Village officially opened with a ceremony held at the Tianfu International Hotel in TWG Village Zone A.

 

 

 

Complying with IWGA regulations (a less-than-60-minute travel limit between athletes’ accommodations and venues), the Village is split into two zones: Zone A at the Tianfu International Hotel in Chengdu Eastern New Area and Zone B at the Holiday Inn Chengdu Century City in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone. The TWG Village will operate from 3 to 18 August 2025, providing services to approximately 7,000 participants throughout TWG 2025 Chengdu.

 

 

During the competition, the Village will host a series of cultural activities to promote people-to-people exchange among participants from around the world.
