TWG Plaza Awaits You

Since Friday 8 August, The World Games (TWG) Plaza, located at the International Horticultural Exhibition Park, Chengdu Eastern New Area, has been offering global visitors an immersive experience combining sports showcases, cultural engagement and interactive technology.

 

The inaugural ceremony of TWG Plaza is held at the International Horticultural Exhibition Park, Chengdu Eastern New Area on 8 August.

 

 

Sports Demonstration and Experience Area

 

 

Location: Right side of the entrance to Gate 2.  

 

 

Representatives from seven international sport federations present dynamic live demonstrations of sports featured at TWG 2025, including Archery, Muaythai and Flying Disc.

 

 

 

City Cultural Display Area

 

 

Location: Life Horticulture Area.  

 

 

From Bamboo Weaving to Emei Wushu, nearly 50 traditional intangible cultural heritage highlights are demonstrated on site.

 

 

Local Tech Achievements Exhibition Area

 

 

Location: South-western and south-eastern sections of the Life Horticulture Area.  

 

Two pioneering Chengdu-based tech enterprises, Sichuan Embodied Intelligent Robot Technology and Parrot Aero, unveil their latest innovations, including humanoid robots, robotic dogs and aerial vehicles.

 

 

Beyond these three areas, TWG Plaza holds many more surprises for visitors to discover.
