Chinese sports and lifestyle company Xtep has partnered with the International World Games Association (IWGA) and the Chengdu 2025 Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 12th edition of The World Games 2025 (TWG 2025).

The World Games (TWG) 2025 Chengdu Young Reporters Programme was officially launched in Paris on Tuesday 6 August, the first of its kind in the games’ history.

On 7 August, a promotional event at Sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck celebrated the one-year countdown to TWG 2025 and announced that Hong Kong will host the inaugural TWG Series from 11-13 October 2024.
